How to Workout When it’s Snowing and You’re Stuck Inside


‘Tis the season for snow, and lots of it. When the weather outside is frightful, your exercise options get a whole lot slimmer. If your typical workout routine requires time outside, you’ll have to find some replacement exercises to do in the meantime until the weather warms up. Don’t fret—indoor workouts can be just as effective as their outdoor counterparts if you know what to focus on. The key is to incorporate some basic calisthenics into your routine.
