Winter is coming (cue Game of Thrones theme song). While staying hydrated during the summer is a no-brainer (you don’t need any reminders to reach for your water bottle when you’re sweating), winter is a different story. It’s not always easy to get the recommended daily water intake each day when you don’t feel the need to cool yourself down. Not to mention, indoor heating tends to dry us out even more. These factors mean you have to find some new ways to increase your water intake, and we can help. Here are our recommendations for how to stay hydrated during the winter months.
